Each cup is carefully crafted by our partner, Dallas-based Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters. The beverage program is complimented by chef prepared grab-and-go meals, salads, and sandwiches as well as fine foods and wine.

otto schubert

the man behind the name

St. Louis native Otto Schubert went to school for Civil Engineering but left early to work for the Adolphus Busch brewery. After the hotel was built, he transferred to Dallas working in sales for The Adolphus and virtually every other role, including junior manager. Otto Schubert was promoted to general manager of The Adolphus on Christmas day, 1928. He held that position for 18 years, and under his leadership, the hotel grew to national acclaim.
